The Class is FREE. We are located at 5587 Redan Road (on the corner of Redan and Panola) Stone Mountain, Georgia 30088. We meet every Monday and Thursday nights from 7:00PM to 8:00 PM as a part of our community outreach program. All are wecome, women, and men. Check out the videos of our classes. Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.

You do not have to be in great shape to participate. You can participate at your own pace. The class is designed to be FUN in addition to helping you be more healthy.
