Negotiation Fee Paid by the Lender at Closing - 1.5% (Regularly 3-5%)

We include this fee on the HUD statement when negotiating with the lender. Our client is not responsible to pay this fee!

Exit Fee - $100.00  (Regularly $500.00)

This fee prepares you for closing. We will work with any Closing Attorney or Title Company. We make sure all liens are released from the title. We will deliver all the documents to your closing attorney or the title company of your choice. We will review the HUD statement to make sure you are in compliance with the lender's approval letter.

Title Search - $115.00  (Available anywhere in the USA)

BPO Visit - $200.00  (Available in Georgia Only)

We have a license Realtor who will meet the BPO agent out to the property. This happens after the Lender orders the inspection.
