Anger Management/ Violence Prevention Class
| This innovative one day
(Eight Hour) seminar is designed to improve information retention by
using role play, group discussion, practical exercises and video illustrations to help
participants learn to control anger and aggression. It will help them recognize
the causes of anger and violence. Our cognitive behavioral approach focuses
on improving personal moral responsibility and accountability with regard to
thinking decision making and behavior. Once the true problem has been recognized then the
solution can be found.
It's content will help them earn what they should do to prevent their
emotions from causing them to experience legal problems, relationship
problems, family problems, career problems, and health problems. In so doing
they will learn how to prevent domestics violence. Upon completion participants will be able to
