US verses THEM
There is a gap between teachers and students. The gap is necessary.
But it is important to keep the gap narrow. Communication will
not occur if the gap is too wide. Teachers widen the gap when they say things like:
I got mine you get yours (education)
I am going to fail you

here is  one thing you can do
Historically teachers are quick to chastise students. Praise comes slowly
Praise is one of the keys to success. Look for things they do right. Praise the positive.
