MEET THE TEAM
GEORGIA MOORE PRIINCE Currently hold the position of Editorial Services Coordinator at Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. publishers in New Rochelle, NY. For many years, she held the position of Director of Rights and Permissions for Plenum Publishing Corp., who later merged with Springer Publishers becoming the second largest science and technical publisher in the world. Ms. Prince holds an Economics Degree from Lehman College, CUNY where she graduated cum laude.
ARA LYNETTE FULLER For more than (20) years after graduating high school, attended the following educational institutions: Selma University (A.S., 1975), Dillard University (1975 - 1980), Orleans Parish School Board Practical Nursing Program (L.P.N., 1981), Northern Virginia Community College (A.A.S., 1988), and George Mason University (B.S.N., 1993), and Central Michigan University, Off-Campus Program at Andrews Airforce Base (M.S.A., 2009).
I am a registered nurse with more than (20) years of experience in geriatrics. For (5) years I owned and operated a 24-hour senior living residential care facility. Because I have always wanted to learn Spanish since having dabbled in it during my high school days, I have completed two years of basic and intermediate Spanish at Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC), Alexandria, Viginia. At the time of this writing I have a roommate from Bogota, Colombia which allows me to improve and make progress in becoming fluent in Spanish.
I have received a deferred admission to the doctorate of health administration program at Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan in the fall of this year, expecting to graduate in June, 2014. To meet this admission requirement, I am studying at the University of Phoenix in Arizona.
My volunteering includes teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for the American Red Cross, Alexandria branch for (10) years, two awards received from the Office of Sheriff in Alexandria, VA, September, 1996 and October, 1997 as a volunteer teaching HIV/AIDS Training and Women's Health Education respectively. For several years, I served on the board of the Nursing Education Opportunity Program (NEOP) at NVCC, Annandale, Virginia. On June 9, 2000 the Old Dominion Chapter, The Links, Incorporated awarded the Certificate of Apreciation to my business, FULL-HOUSE Elderly Care Facility, for reaching out to the community to serve. As an employed nurse aide clinical instructor at T.C. William High School, Alexandria, VA, I received from The John J. Barcklow Foundation, the Outstanding Caregiver 2002 award.
