SIZE
The Grease Coffin is 52 inches long, 32 inches wide and
the tub area is 18 inches deep, large enough capacity to accommodate kitchen equipment
as large as hood filters (typically 20 x 20
inches) or stove drip pans, (25 x 30 inches) as well as
smaller items, i.e. bread pans, soup pots, and barbeque racks etc. |
MOBILITY & SECURITY
The Grease Coffin has 2 sets of 8" caster wheels; two in
the front and two (brake feature) (swivel)
in the back. The Grease Coffin carries a locking lid cover for
security if left outside, hinged on one side with a lock
hasp feature on the other. |

STORAGE
The
Grease Coffin has compartments where one can store whatever tools or
chemicals are needed. |
DRAINAGE
To expedite the drainage the floor design is a semi-flat
bottom box, angled toward the center to a
3" drain hole opening. This allows for fast drainage and
fast setup and re-use. |

DISPOSABLE LINER
The Grease Coffin uses a 2 mil plastic liner bag that is
reusable/disposable to eliminate
clean up of post-spent drainage FLOC (greasy,
slimy
residue) on side walls and floor surfaces. |
GRATES
A re-enforced grate design allows for
easy removal and
supports heavier items such as stove burner covers. |
